Our Physician Assistants
Devon Parks, PA-C

Devon Parks, PA-C was born and raised in the Eugene/Springfield area. She completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science at Linfield College with honors. She then went to the University of Saint Francis in Albuquerque, New Mexico where she received her Masters as a Physician Assistant. During her training she had a focus on Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.

Devon has been active in the community with various sports and volunteer organizations. She is enjoying being back in Eugene and is excited about the opportunity to serve the community by working at NeuroSpine Institute.
Sean Rabacal, PA-C

Sean Rabacal, PA-C received both his undergraduate and Pharmacy degrees from Oregon State University where he graduated with honors. He has been a Pharmacist since 1993. Sean continued his education at Pacific University where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated with honors. He has been a Physician Assistant since 1999. Sean has been working with Dr. Christopher Miller since 2000.
Debra Roth, PA-C

Debra Roth, PA-C is a Eugene native and graduate of the University of Oregon, where she was on the track team. She completed her physician assistant training at Loma Linda University receiving a masters degree in physician assistant sciences. Debra is also a licensed physical therapist with a masters in P.T. from Emory University in Atlanta. She works with Dr. Scott Kitchel at Orthopedic Spine Associates.
Amy Tangedahl, PA-C

Amy Tangedahl, PA-C is originally from Missoula, Montana. Her first introduction to Oregon was Southern Oregon University in Ashland, where she played basketball for four years and graduated with a Bachelors degree in Biology, emphasis in Medicine. She received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Idaho State University 2008. Amy has been working with Dr. Catherine Gallo at NeuroSpine Institute since 2009.

Amy has professional affiliations with the American Academy of Physician Assistants, North American Spine Society, and Wilderness Medical Society. She has traveled to Peru and Honduras for medical service missions. She has enjoyed the transition once again to Oregon and all that Eugene has to offer. It has allowed for a smooth transition of all of her outdoor hobbies and interests. Although a Montana Grizzly fan at heart, in Eugene she's a Duck fan!
Chris Weinman, PA-C

Chris Weinman, PA-C certified physician assistant, provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services, including assisting OSA physicians in surgery, conducting physical exams and ordering and interpreting tests.

A native Oregonian, Chris received a master's degree in physician assistant studies with honors and a bachelor's degree in biology from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. He also earned EMT certification from Portland Community College. He's participated in clinical training in orthopedic health care facilities around the state, most recently at Southern Oregon Orthopedics in Medford, Oregon.

When he's not working, Chris is an avid skier and scuba diver and enjoys pretty much any activity that involves the outdoors or traveling. He loves spending time with family and friends whether it is at the beach, lake, or in the mountains.
